Yes. When you rent during peak time slots and on high demand days, we require a six hour minimum rental. During off-peak days and times, we may be able to allow for exceptions. Give us a call for clarification if you have any doubts at all! We're always happy to provide answers and assistance on specific questions.
You are welcome to call us at any time of the day or the night. We always have our phones on and ready to receive calls. If you wish to view a vehicle, make sure to to call ahead to insure the desired vehicle isn't on the road or dirty. Our office hours are 10am to 6pm Monday through Friday.
This is very true, we do provide a wide range of vehicles to choose from. We suggest looking at some of the pictures on our website of various vehicles that look good to you, jot down a few notes and questions, and then give us a call any time day or night. Our friendly customer service representative would be thrilled to walk you through the options.
Your best bet is to check with our customer service agents. As our service becomes more popular, our time slots are filling up much more quickly and its important to check availability as soon as you know about your event or trip. The sooner you make a reservation the most party buses will be available for your date and time.
What matters the most is the time frame you signed up for when you rented your party bus. As long as you are within that number, it doesn't matter whether you make 5 stops or 100 stops, that is entirely up to your discretion. Feel free to ask your chauffeur for any pit stops you deserve.
In order to guarantee your party bus and date & time slot, you will need to put down a security deposit to officially reserve your party bus. Once we have that, you are locked into what you reserved, no one else can book it for any times that would interfere with your booking.
Unfortunately because once you officially make a reservation we hold the limo or party bus for you and your group meaning we can't offer it to other customers so we can not provide a refund. As always call our team and they will do the best they can to help you and your situation to hopefully keep you happy.
Assuming you and your guests are all of legal drinking age, absolutely, we have ice filled coolers and bar areas ready for your to fill with your favorite drinks. For events like proms or anything with minors no alcohol can be permitted on your Ann Arbor party bus.
Smoking is not allowed in our vehicles under any circumstances for many reasons. But the biggest purposes are cleanliness and courtesy to our other guests. This keeps our vehicle interiors in like new condition for all of our customers thanks to our detailers.
